Understanding TDS
Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) represent the total weight of all solids (minerals, salts, or metals) dissolved in a given volume of water, expressed in milligrams per liter (mg/L) or parts per million (PPM).

Applications
- Check the performance of your water filter
- Determine water hardness (1 grain = 17 ppm)

- Refer to the TDS scale for water quality: 0-50 ppm (high purity), 50-100 ppm (pure), 100-300 ppm (general pure), 300-600 ppm (fouling), 600-1000 ppm (poor taste and fouling), above 1000 ppm (not suitable for drinking)
