Operating Instructions

1. Connect the red clip to the positive terminal and the black clip to the negative terminal of the power source. Ensure the supply voltage does not exceed 18V DC.
2. For TTL and DTL circuits, set the upper selector to ‘TTL’. For CMOS circuits, set it to ‘CMOS’.
3. Touch the probe pin to the test point. The LEDs will indicate the logic state:
   • All LEDs off: High impedance
   • Red LED on: High (1)
   • Green LED on: Low (0)
   • Orange LED on: Pulse detected
4. To detect and store a level, set the lower selector to the ‘SET’ position. Touch the probe pin to the test point. The LEDs will indicate the basic state. Then, set the lower selector to the ‘MEM’ position. The orange LED will light when a pulse is detected, indicating a change in state.
