Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Golyath (A-Part Enterprises LLP). If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the conditions below.

Return Window

• You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Start a Return

1. Email sa***@********co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and provide the correct return address.
3. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the parcel and include it inside the package.

Please do not send items back without a RAN, as this may delay processing.

Return Shipping

• Customer-paid returns: Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend a tracked and insured service. We cannot process refunds for items lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Reporting Issues

• Short deliveries, damage, or defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
• If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

• After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exclusions

• Customised or bespoke items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
• Discounted or clearance items may only be refunded if defective or damaged.

Condition of Returned Items

• All goods are inspected on return. Items returned used, damaged, or missing parts may be refused or subject to a reasonable deduction to reflect the diminished value.

Purchases from Third Parties

Products purchased through distributors or retail partners must be returned directly to the original seller in accordance with their policy.
