At Golyath (A-Part Enterprises LLP), we aim to dispatch orders quickly and transparently. This page explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • If any item is on backorder or preorder, we will notify you of the estimated dispatch date by email.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.

  • United Kingdom: typically 2–5 business days.
  • Europe: typically 5–10 business days (where available).
  • International: typically 7–14 business days (where available).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier network delays, severe weather, or customs checks.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/size, and service selected.
  • Any available promotions or rate options will be clearly shown at checkout.

Couriers & Services

We use reputable carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, UPS and others depending on order size, weight, and destination.

Tracking & Notifications

  • When your order ships, you will receive a dispatch email and—where available—a tracking number.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.

Delivery Address & Attempts

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete/incorrect addresses.
  • If the courier is unable to deliver, they may attempt re-delivery or hold the parcel for collection. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us by the courier.
  • If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery or incorrect address, we can re-ship it once any additional shipping fees are paid.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

  • For orders shipped outside the UK, import duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • We cannot control or predict these charges; please contact your local customs office for details.

Damaged, Missing, or Short Deliveries

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If items are damaged, missing, or the wrong product was received, notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Keep all packaging and take clear photos of any damage to assist with a courier claim.

Restricted Items & Locations

Some products or destinations may be restricted by courier or local regulations. If we are unable to ship an item to your address, we will contact you promptly and provide a refund for the affected item(s).
